Head of Compliance, ManCo - FTC

We are seeking a candidate to act as Interim Head of Compliance to head up and lead the compliance and risk function for the Luxembourg Management Company Service Line. 

You will be part of the Luxembourg leadership team reporting into the Head of Client Services Luxembourg and to ensure proper implementation of group risk guidelines and policies and, as part of the Leadership team, always lead by example in line with Gen II values and behaviours.

The successful candidate will also carry out the role of Conducting Officer and RC of the management company on an interim basis.

• At least 12 years’ professional experience in the financial sector with strong economic background
• At least 10 years’ experience in a management company
• At least 7 years’ experience in a senior legal &compliance role and management experience
• Experience of Alternative Investment Funds
• Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the fund industry, European and Luxembourg fund regulation (UCITS, AIFs incl RAIFs, EuVECAs) and corporate law
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of AML and KYC requirements
